LAKE GINNINDERRA COLLEGE WIN an unprecedented THREE NATIONAL SCHOOLS TITLES in 2019
Lake Ginninderra College established itself as the premier sports school in Australia after winning 3 National School titles in 2019. Most sporting schools focus on only one sport, but LakeG has demonstrated an elite standard in multiple sports. No school has won all three of these titles, let alone in the one year. A fantastic result, and a result we are all immensely proud.
FUTSAL
Our Girls won the Open Australasian Champion of Champions Tournament on the Gold Coast in November after winning the NSW regionals earlier in the year. They have been invited to represent Australia in Italy next July.
BASKETBALL
Our Girls came runners up at the ASC, and our Boys won the Open National Title in Melbourne in December. The boys have been invited to represent Australia in Taipei next May.
VOLLEYBALL
Our Boys claimed a Back to Back Open National Honours title after also winning in 2018. The boys are hoping to represent at the world school games in Brazil next July.
