Online College Guide
The 'Life at Lake G' College Guide is the work of the Student Community Group (SCG), our student leadership collective. This is guide was constructed by students for students.
Through collaborating with staff, the SCG collated all the information that they knew were important to empower students to thrive at Lake G. If you have any suggestions, or wish for information to be provided on a particular aspect of college life, please speak to the Student Community Group.
The Lake Online Guide - Remote Learning
The College has a long history of providing quality online learning environments and programs for students. This guide was devised in Semester 1, 2020 to support all students in their move to remote learning.
The guide is an evolving document and will be updated in response to changing circumstances.
The Guide provides instructions on how to access online learning at UC SSC Lake Ginninderra. Included are suggestions on how to plan for, and implement, effective learning strategies through organising daily routines and preparing for assessment, including instructions on how to access an Individualised Assessment Calendar (IAC).
The College has a long history of providing quality online learning environments and programs for students prior to 2020 and will continue to support students learning remotely into the future.
In 2019, Elite Athlete Charlotte Grant successfully achieved an ATAR of 93.8 while studying in our online program.
