UC SSC Lake Ginninderra hosted a Model UN (Evatt) Competition.
In late July, Lake Ginninderra hosted a Model UN (Evatt) Competition, facilitated by UN Youth ACT and also attended by Year 9 and 10 students from Canberra High.
Students debated resolutions on privacy in the digital age and the formation of an Arctic Council. Many amendments were debated, notes passed, and the negotiations chamber was constantly abuzz with high-stakes bargaining. A lot of fun was had by all!
